Control Freak: Aerial Edition is all about refining technique to create beautiful lines, intentional movement, and undeniable control in the air.

In this 90-minute aerial-focused workshop, we’ll polish inverts and climbs, explore trick combinations, and place a special emphasis on slowing down—because true control isn’t rushed. Expect a thoughtful blend of strength, precision, and flow as we work toward movements that feel powerful and look effortless.

This workshop is ideal for students who love being in the air and want to level up their clarity, control, and confidence in aerial work.

What Students Can Expect

  • Maximum Size: 10 students (2 students per pole)

Prerequisites

This workshop is for Intermediate to Advanced students. Participants should be comfortable with:

  • Climbs and inversions

  • Level 1 spins and shapes (e.g. angle, wrist seat, layback)

Aerial inversions are not required.
