Do you want to start dancing in heels but feel intimidated to hop straight into a dance class wearing them? Or maybe you already have and love some dance heels, but would like to learn some new moves, techniques, and conditioning exercises to spice up your style. Join Ren in this 6 week series to build high-heel confidence and sexiness with conditioning and different heel techniques, and finish out the series with a short heel-focused choreography to flaunt your sultry and confident heel skills!
What should students expect: Come prepared having at least completed an intro or level one series to be familiar with basic spins and foundational moves. No inverting or off-the-ground moves are required. Heels and knee pads required. Each class will begin with a warm up, then we will move into strength and conditioning (overcoming baby deer legs), and then finish with some fun combos that will build into the final choreography.
Length of class: 60 minutes
