Step up your pole dancing game with a class designed to strengthen and condition your ankles while mastering the art of dancing in heels.
This workshop focuses on building ankle stability, flexibility, and endurance to help you move with confidence and grace.
Through targeted exercises, balance drills, and fluid dance sequences, you’ll develop the strength needed to execute seamless transitions, controlled pivots, and powerful movements-all while rocking your favorite heels.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class will elevate your technique and keep your ankles strong, safe, and stylish.
$35/student
Students should expect to begin with a full body warm up, followed by in depth ankle conditioning and strengthening exercises. We will discuss heel anatomy and the basics of how to use the heels as an extension of your leg in pole dance, followed by some basic movements to begin flow technique, then a short combo to incorporate everything that was discussed in class

Students should bring in any pair of pole heels that they have (7 inch or higher strongly encouraged) and knee pads (optional)
