All abilities are welcome to participate, however, students should be familiar with climbing, inverting, leg hangs, and have strong foundational skills.

Elevate your pole skills to new heights with this 6-week advanced tricks and skills series. Dive deep into advanced moves, learning inverts, leg hangs, butterfly, jade, Superman, and exciting up-the-pole combos. Whether you’re a seasoned pole dancer looking to refine your technique, or a dedicated beginner ready to take on new challenges, this series is designed to help you progress confidently and safely.

Who will teach: Laura Trefethen

Start Date:  November 12th 2024

Time: Tuesdays  7:15pm – 8:30pm

Length of class: 75 minutes


Any special requirement or prerequisites:

  •  Ability to climb the pole comfortably and confidently.
  •  Experience with foundational pole tricks and techniques.
  •  Willingness to challenge yourself and work within your abilities.


What a student should bring:

  • It’s not mandatory but students should bring knee pads.
  • Students should wear what they are comfortable in,,, HOWEVER, students clothes should allow access to skin on multiple body parts.
    • These body parts include 
      • upper thigh for pole sit’s, superman, apprentice, and jade. 
      • Full leg for climbing, leg hangs and other moves where skin is required.
      • Arms for access to elbow and armpit grips
      • Narrow shoulder straps for shoulder mounting


Notes/Comments/Questions:

Please do not wear lotions, oils, sunscreen or anything slippery on your body. It is not only dangerous to the student but anyone else using the pole after.
