Learn foundational aspects of Pole with an emphasis on clean technique & safety. As a refresher – or your first time, this series is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Wear something that provides cover but allows your skin to come in contact with the pole (shin, thigh, and upper arms.) Sleeveless top & shorts are best.
