Beginner Series – 6 Week Series (fee-based)

Starting every 6 weeks

Learn foundational aspects of Pole with an emphasis on clean technique & safety. As a refresher – or your first time, this series is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Details:

  • 6 Wednesday’s at 5:30pm
  • 6 Weeks of 60 minute classes
  • No experience neccessary
  • Wear something that provides cover but allows your skin to come in contact with the pole (shin, thigh, and upper arms.) Sleeveless top & shorts are best.
