This rental is designed for content creators, photographers, and brands who want uninterrupted studio time to shoot their vision — no classes, no distractions, just you and the poles.

Content Restrictions & Monitoring

This studio rental is intended for professional, artistic, and fitness-based content creation only.

The following are not permitted:

• Pornographic content

• Private strip teases or sexual performances intended for paid or private distribution

• Content created primarily for adult subscription platforms

• Any filming that depicts illegal activity, non-consensual behavior, or unsafe use of equipment

For the safety and protection of the studio, video monitoring is in place in common areas. Front desk and management staff may review activity during rentals to ensure studio policies are being followed.

Pole Portland reserves the right to immediately end a session without refund if these guidelines are violated.

Pricing options

• Standard Studio Rate: $50/hour (90-minute minimum = $75)

• Marketing Collaboration Rate: Select creators may qualify for a reduced rate of $40/hour when granting Pole Portland limited use (up to 5 images) for marketing purposes. Media waivers required. Applied after booking.

Additional time may be added, subject to availability.

This product secures your deposit only. Final details, remaining balance, waivers, and scheduling will be handled manually after purchase (including collaboration discounts).
